Well things were going fine for around 10 yrs like a well oiled CNC machine. The Gold will never end. Then Kaboom!!! Back to the car lot hustling cars and driving a 1998 Corolla overnight
Futz burned all his bread on cocaine and some of the most seediest women in town with leaky roofs and bedbugs following him everywhere I suppose. Plus most of those originators had to be W2d and pay full taxola outta the assahola

First off, I quit coke in 1986! And got in the mortgage biz in '2002. There was a broker shop in seedy downtown Antioch, CA where the head broker and asst. were major coke heads, and the one doing the processing was a dumb 14 year old girl. They screwed me out of $ 50, 000 in commisions, and others too. He is most likely dead by now, because we had a 'hit team' after the louse!I changed brokers several times, but they were crooks, too!Then in 2008, the market collapsed! Then I did loan mods, and Jerry Brown **** that up for us. With all the screwing going on, I only made 30-40 K a year. I got screwed out of more $$ than actual commisions!I was driving a '94 Ford Escort, and still am. I was 1099'ed, not FICA'ed.
BTW, I paid for my own roof repair outta my own pocket, never had bedbugs, so you are a LIAR!
